Eating Habits.

I had to get some tests run today, so ultimately that meant I had to fast, a not uncommon situation. Initially I was terrified at the thought of going 36 hours without food and I thought I’d be totally miserable. As it turns out, it wasn’t as bad as I anticipated.

This lead me to think that maybe I don’t need to eat as much as I typically do. I’ve been exercising regularly and changed my eating habits over two years ago and have plateaued the last few months. I am by no means recommending going without food for any period of time. Just as a personal note for me, I think I eat more because I want to, or am bored, than me actually being hungry. So I’m testing the theory and we’ll see what happens.
