I didn’t quite follow my advice from yesterday, but that’s because life gets in the way. Couple sickness with car issues, that lead to traffic issues, and there’s a recipe for disaster. I did not start off the day well and desperately needed to get back on track.
After acknowledging stress and it’s ability to derail my work, I took a drive to see my house which is currently being built (yay for homeownership), an easy way to get me out of a funk. Then I worked out, a mainstay of last year for keeping my mind on track.
It really never fails. Sweat therapy is a thing. And then onward with my day.
